Job Description – Real Estate Sales Executive
Experience: 1–3 Years (Real Estate Sales Mandatory)
Location: Delhi
Employment Type: Full-Time
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and convert leads into property sales.
- Handle customer calls, meetings, follow-ups and site visits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans and other relevant information.
- Conduct regular site visits and effectively present the project to clients.
- Handle customer objections and negotiate to close deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status.
- Develop strong relationships with customers and Channel Partners.
- Maintain daily sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Requirements1–3 years of proven experience in real estate sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
- Good knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Comfortable with field work and client meetings.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Candidates with a proven track record of achieving sales targets will be preferred.
