Real Estate Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team, generate new business opportunities, and achieve property sales targets. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the real estate market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage and motivate a sales team.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing plans.
• Generate leads through direct sales, digital marketing, networking, referrals, and other channels.
• Follow up with prospective buyers and convert leads into successful sales.
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, investors, channel partners, and brokers.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with clients within company guidelines.
• Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, and revenue targets.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to senior management.
• Identify new market opportunities and keep track of competitor projects, pricing, and offers.
• Coordinate with marketing, CRM, legal, finance, and customer-support teams to ensure smooth transactions.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely completion of booking and sales processes.
• Train and coach sales executives to improve their product knowledge and selling skills.
• Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the sales cycle.
