Job Description
Role Purpose: Drive life or health insurance sales, build partner networks, and support staff or agents to hit revenue targets.
Reporting To: Branch Manager or Area Sales Manager.
Channels: Bancassurance (banks), Agency (agents), or Direct Corporate Sales.
Sales & Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly premium and policy sales goals.
Partner & Branch Management: Cultivate strong ties with bank branch managers or recruit, onboard, and mentor insurance agents.
Training & Enablement: Conduct product training sessions and joint sales calls to improve the selling productivity of partners and staff.
Lead Generation: Support cross-selling, review sales pipelines, and handle complex customer queries or escalations
