Job Title: Relationship Manager (RM) – Field Sales

Job Description:

We are looking for energetic and target-oriented candidates for field sales of Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Mortgage Loans at Motilal Oswal Home Finance Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads for Home Loans, LAP, and Mortgage Loans through field visits, builders, property dealers, DSAs, and channel partners.
• Identify potential customers and explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, and business partners.
• Visit customers and business partners to generate new business opportunities.
• Collect and verify customer documents and coordinate with credit and operations teams.
• Follow up on loan applications until approval and disbursement.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and expand business in the assigned territory.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Experience in Home Loans, LAP, Mortgage Loans, or banking and financial services sales is preferred.
• 6 month Experience
• Good customer-handling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to work in the field and travel within the assigned area.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
