Job Description

Handle customer bookings, reservations and travel-related queries.

Coordinate with customers regarding packages, hotels, flights, transfers and other travel services.

Process new bookings, amendments, cancellations and refunds accurately.

Coordinate with Sales, Accounts and Operations Teams for bookings and payment-related matters.

Coordinate with hotels, airlines, vendors and other service providers for confirmations.

Verify booking details, availability, pricing and payment status.

Maintain accurate reservation records and customer information.

Follow up on pending payments, confirmations and booking documents.

Resolve customer issues and provide timely support before and during the trip.

Prepare daily booking reports and update management on reservation status.

Ensure smooth coordination and execution of confirmed bookings.
