Job Description
Coordinate with customers and sales teams for orders, quotations, and requirements.
Process and track orders from confirmation to final delivery.
Coordinate with production, purchase, stores, dispatch, and logistics teams.
Maintain records of orders, invoices, payments, and dispatches.
Follow up on pending orders, payments, deliveries, and service issues.
Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
Prepare sales, order status, and MIS reports.
Support the sales team with quotations, documentation, and order coordination.
Update CRM/ERP records and monitor delivery schedules.
Maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
