About Us:
We are a fast-growing organization offering cutting-edge Cloud Telephony and Communication Solutions that empower businesses to enhance their customer engagement, streamline communication, and drive sales. We are looking for a passionate and energetic Sales Executive (Fresher) to join our team and kick-start their career in sales.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms.
- Explain company products (Cloud Telephony, IVR Solutions, Call Center Solutions, etc.) to prospective customers in a simple and engaging manner.
- Generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule product demonstrations with senior sales members.
- Build strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
- Support the team in achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in Cloud Telephony, SaaS, and Communication Solutions.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate sales data.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (both verbal & written).
- Strong persuasion and negotiation ability with a customer-first approach.
- Basic knowledge of cloud services, SaaS, or IT solutions (added advantage).
- Quick learner with the ability to grasp technical concepts easily.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and willing to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Education & Experience:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (BBA, MBA, B.Com, B.Tech preferred but not mandatory).
- Freshers are welcome with a passion for sales and business development.
- Internship/Training in Sales/Marketing/Telecom/IT Solutions will be an added plus.
