Job Description

  • Conduct training sessions on Soft Skills, Personality Development, BFSI, and Sales.
  • More focus on sales-oriented training programs.
  • Confident building by inhancing communication skills to enhance business.
  • Develop and update training content, presentations, and assessments.
  • Enhance communication, customer handling, and professional etiquette of employees.
  • Deliver product and process training related to BFSI.
  • Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and support continuous learning initiatives.
