Senior Accountant

 Roles & Responsibilities

·        Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

·        Manage general ledger accounts and ensure timely reconciliations.

·        Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring proper cash flow management.

·        Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and cost analysis.

·        Ensure tax compliance, including VAT,TDS, GST, and corporate tax filings.

·        Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.

·        Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency.

·        Support month-end and year-end close processes.

·        Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide business recommendations.

·        Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial reporting.

Requirements & Skills

·        Financial Reporting & Analysis – We Find candidates on their ability to prepare financial statements, analyze financial data, and ensure accuracy.

·        General Ledger & Reconciliation – Evaluate their capability to manage journal entries, reconcile accounts, and maintain financial integrity.

·        Budgeting & Forecasting – Assess their skills in financial planning, expense management, and long-term forecasting.

·        Taxation & Compliance – Check their understanding of tax laws, regulatory requirements, and audit preparation.

·        ERP & Accounting Software Proficiency – Ensure they can efficiently use tally prime accounting systems.

. Balance Sheet Finalization - Independently Finalized the Books of accounts & Make the Balance sheet , make all Reconciliations of GST, TDS , Vendor ETC.
