Role: Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant/ Experienced Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

1. Auditing and Assurance:

• Conduct statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits.

• Review financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

2. Taxation:

• Prepare and file income tax returns, GST returns, and TDS compliances.

• Handle tax assessments, scrutinies, and related documentation.

3. Accounting and Compliance:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations for clients.

• Ensure timely filing of ROC and other statutory compliances.

4. Advisory and Consultancy:

• Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis.

• Provide guidance on corporate restructuring, investments, and cost management.

5. Team Collaboration:

• Coordinate with seniors and clients to ensure seamless workflow.

• Support and guide junior staff and articles as needed.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant (cleared CA Intermediate/IPCC).

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation laws, and auditing standards.

• Proficiency in using accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, and MS Office.

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience:

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in a CA firm (preferred).
