Job Description
· Component-Level Repair: Identify and repair root-cause hardware failures down to the precise component level on multi-layer motherboards,
· Circuit Reverse-Engineering: Trace circuit paths and analyze signal behavior manually using digital storage oscilloscopes (DSO) and multimeters when original diagrams or schematics are missing.
· Power Supplies & Magnetics: Troubleshoot and fix high-voltage industrial Switch Mode Power Supplies (SMPS) and Power Factor Correction (PFC) circuitry. Precision Micro-Soldering: Execute expert-level de-soldering and physical rework on high-density SMT ICs and microcontrollers without causing substrate warping or lifted pads.
· Analog & Digital Testing: Analog-to-Digital Converters (ADC), and Digital-to-Analog Converters (DAC).
· Advanced Tool Operations: Utilize workshop tools including LCR meters, digital storage oscilloscopes, and digital multimeters.
