Job Description
Job Role: Banking Interview & Soft Skills Trainer
Key Responsibilities:
Train candidates for Private Bank online interviews through Google Meet.
Conduct short-term, focused training sessions for interview preparation.
Develop Personality Development (PD), Personal Interview (PI), communication, confidence and presentation skills.
Conduct mock interviews and provide individual feedback.
Prepare candidates for common HR, banking and situational interview questions.
Track candidate improvement and ensure they are interview-ready within a short training period.
Mode: Online training through Google Meet
Target: Freshers / candidates preparing for Private Bank On-Roll Jobs.
