Role Summary

We are looking for a Store Executive to manage daily store operations, maintain inventory records, and handle stock-related activities. The candidate should have good working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets, along with basic computer and inventory management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily stock and inventory records.
• Handle inward and outward stock entries.
• Update inventory data in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Maintain purchase, sales, and dispatch records.
• Prepare daily stock reports and inventory summaries.
• Monitor stock availability and report shortages.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff and management.
• Maintain proper documentation and store records.
• Ensure accuracy of stock data and timely reporting.

Skills Required

• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Working knowledge of Google Sheets.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Inventory and stock management.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

KPIs

• Accurate daily stock records.
• Timely inward and outward stock entries.
• Proper inventory data maintenance.
• Timely reporting of stock shortages.
• Accurate Excel and Google Sheets reporting.

Education

Graduate in any stream.

Experience

2–4 Years of relevant experience.
