• Handle team queries, escalations, and operational challenges.
• Ensure smooth coordination between team members and management.
• Identify performance gaps and implement improvement strategies.
• Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to company policies.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Team Leader or supervisory role preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong team management and problem-solving abilities.
• Target-oriented approach with a focus on performance and productivity.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
