Job Description
Team Leader – Business Loan Sales
Company: Affinity Management Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Janakpuri West, New Delhi
Experience: 3–5 Years
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 + Incentives

Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate the Business Loan Sales team.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Generate and convert Business Loan leads.
- Guide the team in customer follow-ups and conversions.
- Monitor daily team performance and provide regular support.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of Business Loan Sales experience.
- Team handling experience preferred.
- Strong communication, sales and leadership skills.
- Target-oriented and result-driven.
- Experience in DSA/NBFC/Financial Services preferred.
- Immediate Joiners Preferred.
