Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Technical Support Executive to provide support for our software products (Inventory & Billing Application). The ideal candidate will handle client queries, resolve technical issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via call, chat, or email.
• Provide software installation, setup, and configuration support.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to our billing & inventory application.
• Guide clients on software features and updates.
• Report and escalate unresolved issues to the development team.
• Maintain records of issues, solutions, and client feedback.
• Conduct remote sessions or demos when required.
• Required Skills:Basic understanding of software installation and troubleshooting (Windows/Android).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of databases (SQL / SQLite) will be a plus.
• Familiar with remote support tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, etc.).
• Patience and customer-first attitude.
• Qualifications:Graduate in BCA, B.Tech, MCA, or any IT-related field.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome.
