Job Description
Govinda Medicenter is seeking a dedicated and communicative Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling patient interactions over phone, ensuring smooth coordination of appointments, surgeries, and post-surgery support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Appointment Booking:
- Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently, ensuring proper time allocation and follow-ups.
- Surgery Booking:
- Coordinate with patients and internal medical teams to confirm and organize surgery schedules.
- Post-Surgery Coordination & Support:
- Maintain regular communication with patients after surgery, provide necessary guidance, and ensure a smooth recovery support process.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of healthcare processes (preferred)
- Ability to handle patient queries with empathy and professionalism
- Organized and detail-oriented approach
