Job Description
We are looking for a Telecaller who will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling incoming customer enquiries, explaining company services and offers, generating leads, following up with potential customers, maintaining call records, and assisting the sales team in converting leads into customers. The candidate should have good communication and convincing skills in Hindi and English, basic computer knowledge, a positive attitude, and the ability to achieve daily calling and sales targets. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply; experience in telecalling, sales, customer service, or the travel industry will be an added advantage.
