About the RoleWe are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and target-oriented Telecaller Executive who can communicate effectively with potential customers, generate leads, handle customer queries, and convert prospects into interested customers.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products and services.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide relevant information to customers.
• Generate and follow up on leads through regular calling.
• Understand customer requirements and communicate suitable solutions.
• Maintain proper records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead management.
• Maintain a professional and positive approach while communicating with customers.
• Required Skills & QualificationsExcellent verbal communication skills.
• Good command of English and Hindi.
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented personality.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
• Ability to handle customer objections and queries.
• Strong follow-up skills and a target-driven approach.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
• Preferred CandidateSomeone who is confident speaking over the phone.
• Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Can manage multiple customer conversations efficiently.
• Is punctual, disciplined, and responsible.
