Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our products/services, answering queries, and generating leads through telephone calls.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain products/services clearly and professionally.
• Generate and follow up on leads.
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
• Follow up with interested customers and help convert leads into sales.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling/lead-generation targets.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while communicating with customers.
• RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Hindi and English.
• Confident and polite telephone manner.
• Ability to handle customer questions and objections.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Sales or telecalling experience will be an advantage.
