Telecalling Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic, articulate, and customer-focused individual to join our calling team. In this role, you will act as the primary voice of our company, interacting with clients via outbound and inbound calls to address inquiries, provide product information, resolve issues, or drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Communication: Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.

• Problem Resolution: Listen actively to customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate, timely solutions.

• Lead Generation & Sales: Pitch products or services to prospective clients, handle objections, and close sales or schedule follow-up appointments.

• Relationship Building: Maintain a friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanor to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• 
  
• Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in a call center, customer service, or tele-sales role.

• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication and listening skills with a clear, neutral accent and professional phone etiquette.

• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, patience, resilience, and the capacity to handle rejection or high-pressure situations.
