Job Description
Location: Delhi / NCR
💼 Position: Tele caller
🏢 Industry: NBFC / Financial Services
💼 Experience: 1+ Year in Tele calling / Tele sales / Customer Calling preferred
🎓 Qualification: Graduate preferred
⚡ Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to customers and explain company products/services.
* Handle customer queries and provide relevant information.
* Follow up with customers through calls and maintain regular communication.
* Generate leads and convert potential customers.
* Achieve assigned calling and business targets.
* Maintain accurate customer records and calling data.
* Coordinate with the internal team for smooth processing.
* Ensure professional and effective customer communication.
