Job Description

Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.

Explain loan products such as Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, etc.

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan products.

Handle customer queries and objections professionally.

Follow up with leads regularly and convert them into customers.

Maintain accurate customer and calling records in the CRM.

Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.

Coordinate with the sales and processing teams for smooth case handling.
