We are looking for an energetic and confident Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, explaining our services, following up with leads, and converting prospects into customers.
- Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate business leads.
- Explain our Website Development, SEO, Digital Marketing & E-commerce Services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Follow up with interested prospects through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead conversion.
- Required Skills:Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Confident and positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of sales and digital marketing.
- Good Hindi and English communication.
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
