Job Description
Make outbound calls to customers and promote Credit Cards and Loan products.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial products.
Explain product features, eligibility criteria, benefits, charges, and application process clearly.
Generate leads and convert them into successful applications.
Assist customers throughout the application process and help them complete their applications correctly.
Follow up with customers regarding pending documents, verification, and application status.
Maintain regular communication with customers and provide proper support until the application is completed.
Achieve assigned daily/monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Ensure professional communication and a positive customer experience.
