Job Description: Telesales Executive – Punjabi Mandatory

Role: Telesales Executive – Outbound Sales

Process: Punjabi

Work Mode: Work From Office

Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and leads.
  • Explain Shaadi.com’s membership plans and premium subscription services.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable membership plans.
  • Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
  • Achieve sales targets while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Build strong customer relationships and maintain regular follow-ups.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, outbound calling, or a sales process.
  • Punjabi fluency is mandatory.
  • Good communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
  • Target-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
