Job Description

Experience: Fresher ya anubhav wale dono apply kar sakte hain

Responsibilities:

  • Customers ko call karna aur company ke products/services ke baare mein batana
  • Sales ya appointments generate karna through telecalling
  • Customer ke questions ka jawab dena aur unki queries solve karna
  • Daily calling targets achieve karna
  • Data entry aur call records maintain karna
  • Friendly aur professional tone mein baat karna
  • Follow-up calls karna interested customers ko

Requirement

  • Phone par confidently aur politely baat karne ki kshamata
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, typing, etc.)
  • Sales ya customer service ka anubhav ho toh plus point hai
