🔹 Job RoleWe are looking for a Telesales Executive who can connect with potential customers, understand their requirements, and promote suitable financial and insurance products.

• Candidates with experience in Health Insurance Sales, Motor Insurance Sales, or Credit Card Sales can also apply.

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database and cold leads.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, terms, and other details clearly and persuasively.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Health Insurance, Motor Insurance, or Credit Card products.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers through effective telesales techniques.
• Follow up regularly with interested customers and maintain a consistent sales pipeline.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities using CRM tools.
• Stay updated with product knowledge, competitor offerings, and relevant industry trends.
• Ensure all calls and sales activities comply with company policies and applicable regulatory guidelines.

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Strong sales and customer-handling skills.
• Comfortable making outbound sales calls.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
• Prior experience in Telesales, Insurance Sales, Banking, Credit Card Sales, or Telecalling will be an advantage.
