Job DescriptionWe are looking for a confident and customer-focused Publishing Sales Executive / Telecaller who can communicate with potential authors and customers, explain our publishing services, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable publishing packages.

The candidate will be responsible for handling leads and enquiries generated through Meta Ads, website, WhatsApp, social media, referrals, and other sources.

Key Responsibilities

• Call new leads and respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner.
• Understand the customer’s publishing requirements, budget, and expectations.
• Explain our publishing services and packages clearly.
• Recommend suitable publishing packages based on customer requirements.
• Provide information about services such as editing, proofreading, cover design, book formatting, ISBN, printing, Amazon and Flipkart listing, distribution, and related publishing services.
• Handle enquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, Meta Ads, website, and social media.
• Follow up regularly with interested and potential customers.
• Convert qualified leads into customers.
• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, customer responses, and sales status.
• Share quotations, package details, and service information with customers when required.
• Maintain professional and polite communication with both new and existing customers.
• Prepare and maintain daily calling and follow-up reports.
• Coordinate with the internal team whenever required for customer queries and publishing requirements.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi.
• Basic to good communication skills in English.
• Good sales, convincing, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Strong follow-up and lead management skills.
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, MS Excel, Google Sheets, and computers.
• Previous experience in telecalling, sales, customer support, or lead handling is preferred.
• Experience in the publishing industry will be an added advantage.
