About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled and responsible Transformer Winder & Fitter to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for transformer winding, core assembly, mechanical fitting, and related production activities while maintaining proper quality and safety standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPerform transformer coil winding as per drawings and production requirements.
• Handle winding machines and related tools/equipment.
• Prepare and assemble transformer coils, cores, insulation and other components.
• Perform transformer fitting and assembly work.
• Carry out proper insulation, taping, lead connections and termination work.
• Assist in core cutting, core assembly and transformer tank/component fitting.
• Read and understand basic electrical/mechanical drawings and measurements.
• Use measuring instruments and hand tools correctly.
• Perform basic inspection of winding and assembled components.
• Coordinate with the production and testing team.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards on the shop floor.
• Follow production schedules and quality requirements.
• Required SkillsPractical experience in transformer winding and fitting.
• Knowledge of transformer construction and assembly.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring instruments.
• Basic understanding of electrical components and insulation materials.
• Ability to follow technical drawings and instructions.
• Good attention to workmanship and finishing.
• Ability to work as part of a small manufacturing team.

ExperiencePreferred: 1–5 years of relevant experience in transformer manufacturing, electrical equipment manufacturing, or similar industry.

Freshers with strong practical knowledge may also be considered.
