Travel Executive

AirFlexTrip is a growing Delhi-based travel start-up looking for a Travel Sales Executive who already understands the basics of air ticket booking, hotel reservations, and visa processes. This is primarily a sales role — your main job is to convert client enquiries into confirmed bookings for flights, hotels, and visas, and you'll earn commission on every ticket, hotel, or visa package you sell.

Since we are a start-up, this position will be on a contractual basis for the first 3 months. Based on your performance during this period, we will decide the salary structure and role going forward. We're looking for someone who is ready to work hard, stay committed, and grow with us as we build this company together — a friendly, team-first attitude is a must, since we work closely as a small, growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming client enquiries for flights, hotels, and visa services
• Know how to make and process air ticket bookings, hotel reservations, and visa applications
• Understand client requirements and recommend the right options
• Follow up consistently with leads until the booking is confirmed
• Convert enquiries into paid bookings — this is the core of the job
• Build long-term relationships so clients return for future travel needs
• Upsell related services like travel insurance and hotel upgrades
• Maintain basic records of client interactions and bookings

What We're Looking For

• Working knowledge of air ticket booking, hotel reservations, and visa processing
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Confidence in speaking to clients over calls, WhatsApp, and email
• Basic computer knowledge (email, WhatsApp, MS Office)
• A hardworking, friendly, and go-getter attitude — this is a start-up, so flexibility and effort matter
