Job Description
Compliance Responsibility
- Conduct regular audits for Project sites under various labour Laws and regulations Act
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and mange inspections.
- Develop and update internal compliance policies
- Identify and mitigate compliance risk
- Maintain accurate compliance records and documentation
- Follow ups with consultant for updating the records
- Follow ups with vendor for compliance documents submission.
- Maintain Project bank guarantee and insurance records and follow ups with project team for renewal/amendment and cancellation
- Visit site on regular basis for audit and compliance work of various location and places.
