Position: Waiter
Job Description:
We are looking for a courteous and attentive Waiter to provide excellent service to guests. The candidate will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining table cleanliness, and coordinating with the kitchen and other staff for smooth restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests in a polite and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
- Explain menu items and make recommendations when required.
- Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and maintained.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar for timely order service.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
- Follow restaurant service, hygiene, and grooming standards.
- Assist with billing and other service-related duties when required.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming environment for guests.
