Job Description

Manage receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods.

Maintain accurate stock/inventory records.

Check quantity and quality of incoming materials.

Handle loading, unloading, scanning, and labeling.

Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO stock rotation.

Conduct regular stock counting and inventory checks.

Coordinate with purchase, kitchen, and delivery teams.

Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and hygiene.

Prepare stock reports and documentation.

Monitor damaged, expired, or excess stock and report discrepancies.
