Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain daily financial transactions and accounting records.
  • Handle sales, purchase, expense, and payment entries.
  • Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers, and receipts.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash records.
  • Assist in GST calculations, GST returns, and TDS-related activities.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and reports.
  • Maintain ledgers and verify financial documents.
  • Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams regarding payments.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Required SkillsKnowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and taxation.
  • Good numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and time-management skills.
