Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of school-related products (books, furniture, supplies, etc.) by visiting schools, institutions, and retail outlets. The candidate should be self-motivated, confident, and ready to travel in the assigned area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit schools, coaching centers, and other educational institutions for product promotion and sales
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly
- Collect orders and ensure timely delivery coordination
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct field visits, cold calls, and follow-ups regularly
- Maintain records of visits, inquiries, and sales in the prescribed format
- Provide market feedback to management
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Willingness to travel daily within assigned territory
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling
- Self-driven and target-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a tea
