Waiter / Steward


Experience: 1–2 years in hospitality preferred


Responsibilities:

• Welcoming and attending to guests with a positive attitude

• Taking orders and serving food & beverages efficiently

• Ensuring tables are clean, well-set, and presentable at all times

• Coordinating with kitchen and team for smooth service

• Maintaining hygiene and service standards


Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹14,000 + Tips

Captain (Senior Role)


Experience: Prior experience as Captain / Senior Steward required


Responsibilities:

• Handling complete table service from order-taking to billing

• Using order-taking apps (POS systems) efficiently

• Ensuring smooth coordination between kitchen and service team

• Maintaining customer satisfaction, feedback, and issue resolution

• Upselling and driving sales through recommendations

• Taking full ownership of guest experience till closure


Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹16,000 + Sales Incentives
