Job Description
BRM – Branch Relationship Manager
Credit Card Sales | Banca Channel / Branch Banking
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage and develop relationships with branch customers for credit card sales.
Generate business through branch leads, referrals, and customer interactions.
Achieve monthly credit card acquisition and sales targets.
Guide customers about card features, benefits, eligibility, and documentation.
Monitor and follow up on leads and pending applications.
Coordinate with branch staff and internal teams for smooth application processing.
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities among existing customers.
Maintain strong relationships with branch teams and key customers.
Track team/individual sales performance and prepare daily/weekly MIS reports.
Ensure proper KYC, documentation, and adherence to company policies.
Handle customer queries and support issue resolution.
Conduct regular market/branch visits to generate new business opportunities.
