Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers, dealers, retailers, and potential clients.
  • Introduce and explain company products and services to customers.
  • Generate new leads through telecalling and follow up with prospective customers.
  • Follow up with existing customers regarding enquiries, requirements, and orders.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and provide relevant information.
  • Coordinate with the sales team and forward qualified leads for further action.
  • Maintain daily calling records, lead status, and follow-up reports.
  • Collect customer feedback and communicate requirements to the concerned team.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on pending enquiries and leads.
