Key Responsibilities

  • Handle cash, UPI, card and other payments.
  • Prepare bills and invoices correctly.
  • Check and maintain daily cash collection.
  • Handle returns, exchanges and payment-related queries.
  • Maintain proper records of sales and cash.
  • Match cash/UPI/card collections with the system at the end of the day.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for billing and customer support.
  • Ensure the billing counter is clean and organised.
  • Follow company rules and maintain accuracy in all transactions.
  • Required SkillsBasic computer knowledge.
  • Good communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Basic knowledge of billing software/ERP.
  • Honest, responsible and accurate.
  • Ability to work during busy hours and wedding seasons.
