Job Description
Steepcode Software is looking for dynamic Business Development Manager to expand our channel network. BDM's main goal is to appoint new distributors strictly on an advance payment model and lead a field sales team to drive revenue in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Distributor Onboarding: Identify and appoint new channel partners and distributors.
- Payment Compliance: Ensure all distributor tie-ups operate strictly on an advance payment basis (no credit).
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives to hit daily targets.
- Territory Sales: Map the local market, generate leads, and drive software sales through your team.
