Job Responsibilities
Operations at the Centre
- Customer registration and onboarding
- Vital measurement and recording
- Recommending patients to appropriate doctors based on symptom analysis
- Coordinating consultations with empaneled doctors
- Scheduling specialist consultations
- Medicine booking and dispensation as per customer requirements
- Performing in-house diagnostic tests
- Collecting pathology samples as prescribed by doctors
- Referring patients to partner radiology laboratories and hospitals
Business Development & Community Outreach
- Track and follow up on leads generated through health camps
- Promote Pharmacy, Diagnostics, and Kavach Card services
- Achieve assigned sales targets
- Drive patient walk-ins through community engagement and outreach activities
- Generate qualified patient leads
- Plan and conduct health camps to create awareness about CureBay services
Billing & Settlements
- Book services on the platform after collecting patient payments
- Ensure accurate billing and prevent overcharging
- Complete daily financial reconciliation and deposit collections as per company norms
Facility & Equipment Management
- Maintain diagnostic, IT, electrical, and furniture assets
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the centre
