Job Description
AutoVibe Retail Store ManagerWe are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Retail Store Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our car accessories retail outlet. The role includes handling counter sales, customer enquiries, billing, inventory, cash management, staff coordination, and overall store activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily counter sales and customer service.
- Handle billing, payments, and daily cash reconciliation.
- Monitor inventory, stock movement, and product displays.
- Coordinate store staff and daily activities.
- Achieve sales targets through upselling and customer follow-up.
- Maintain store cleanliness, discipline, and smooth operations.
- Prepare daily sales, stock, and operational reports.
Experience: 2–5 years in retail/store management; automotive or car accessories experience preferred.
