Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Assistant AC Technician to support installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems. The candidate will assist senior technicians and ensure tools, materials, and work sites are properly managed.
Key Responsibilities
Assist AC technicians in installation, servicing, and repair of AC units
Help with cleaning, testing, and maintenance of air conditioners
Carry tools, materials, and equipment to job sites
Support troubleshooting and basic repair work
Follow safety guidelines and work instructions
Maintain cleanliness at work sites
Assist in gas charging and ducting work under supervision
Required Skills & Qualifications
Basic knowledge of air conditioning systems (preferred)
Willingness to learn and work in the field
Physically fit and able to handle manual work
Honest, punctual, and dependable
ITI / Diploma in AC & Refrigeration (preferred but not mandatory)
Experience
Freshers can apply
Prior experience as AC helper or technician assistant is an advantage
