Job Description
Manage day-to-day hotel operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B and Guest Services.
Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction and service quality.
Supervise, train and manage hotel staff and allocate daily responsibilities.
Handle guest queries, complaints and service-related issues professionally.
Monitor occupancy, room availability, revenue and operational expenses.
Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely availability of required supplies.
Maintain hotel standards related to cleanliness, safety, hygiene and service.
Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and monitor performance.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and applicable statutory requirements.
