Job Description
- Subway Shift Manager Roles:Overseeing Daily Operations
- Manage the daily activities of the store during the shift.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all operations from opening to closing.
- Team Leadership
- Supervise and guide team members.
- Assign tasks and ensure staff follow proper procedures.
- Motivate employees to maintain high performance and positive morale.
- Customer Service
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are met.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Food Safety and Quality Control
- Monitor food preparation to ensure quality and safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Inventory Management
- Track inventory levels during the shift.
- Assist with stock ordering and receiving deliveries.
- Cash Handling and Register Management
- Supervise cash handling procedures.
- Ensure cash registers balance at the end of the shift.
- Training and Development
- Train new employees.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to team members.
- Reporting
- Complete shift reports and communicate relevant information to management.
- Report any issues or incidents during the shift.
