Operator

Role -

To operate and monitor production processes and equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring production as per approved process parameters, quality standards, food safety requirements, and production plans.

Responsibilities -

• Operate production machinery and equipment as per SOPs, work instructions, and batch/process requirements.

• Carry out raw material, ingredient, and packaging material handling as per production requirements.

• Monitor process parameters and take corrective action within defined limits.

• Follow approved recipes, batch cards, production schedules, and process specifications.

• Perform start-up, shutdown, changeover, cleaning, and basic equipment checks as applicable.

• Ensure proper line clearance and maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area.

• Identify and report process deviations, equipment abnormalities, product defects, and breakdowns to the supervisor.

• Maintain production records, batch records, checklists, and other required documentation accurately.

• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and other departments for smooth production operations.

• Follow GMP, GHP, HACCP/FSSC and other applicable food safety and quality requirements.

• Ensure proper segregation and handling of rejected, rework, and waste materials.

• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and EHS instructions while performing operations.

Desired candidate profile –

Education - ITI – Electrician, Fitter, Machinist,

                  Diploma – Mechanical, Electrical

Experience – 0 to 5 Years
