Job Description
The Factory Manager will be a role of high stakes responsibility as the individual will be managing the core production of the factory. The key responsibilities include:
- Optimizing production
- Minimizing daily costs
- Timely raw material procurement
- Job scheduling and prioritizing
- Quality Assurance
It is a very rewarding role as the supervisor has a lot of autonomy in this work and is also directly reporting to the directors of the company.
Please note that the individual needs to have a prior experience in handling a similar set of tasks, compulsorily in a textile industry for at least 5 years.
