Kitchen Helper

Job Summary:

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Helper to assist in food preparation, cleaning, and maintaining a hygienic kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will support the chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely food service.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks.

Wash, peel, and chop vegetables and other ingredients.

Keep kitchen areas clean and organized.

Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.

Unload and store food supplies properly.

Dispose of garbage and clean trash bins regularly.

Maintain kitchen hygiene and follow safety regulations.

Assist with plating and serving food when required.

Perform other duties as directed by kitchen supervisors or chefs.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is an advantage but not required.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, hot, and busy environment.

Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety practices.

Physical stamina to stand for long hours and lift heavy items.

Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

Team player with a positive attitude.
