We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Male Customer Support Executives, who will play a dual role of Customer Support and Sales Lead Generation while meeting the customer. The candidate will require to visit the existing customers to provide them the best after sales support experience and educate them more about the functionalities of the software.

• Continuous self improvisation with the Product Knowledge and the Technology enhancements.
• Should ensure of having the best presnetation and communication skills
• Should be able to strengthening the relationship between the Company and the Customer.
• Able to generate the new Sales and Services opportunities by engaging with the clients through proper communications and enquiry skills.
